We also offer a Flange Clamp™ that can be installed permanently on flanged joints and mechanical connections to strengthen or securing the connection.  The Flange Clamp™ is designed with an increased fatigue life compare to what the flange bolts in a standard flange can achieve.

Design basis for the Flange Clamp™
• Controlling the gasket stress to maintain a leak free gasket at maximum loading even if several of the original flange bolts should fail
• Prevent gasket crushing by including Backstops to counteract the tools pretension
• Impact tested low temperature materials to withstand low temperatures in case of any depressurization of the system
• Pressure tested to 1.5 X the design pressure on test flanges with all flange bolts removed
